Join the Tulsa Urban Wilderness Coalition for a hands-on trail workday at Lake Bixhoma focused on trail maintenance and invasive species clearing. This workday supports the long-term health of the trail system and helps protect native habitat in one of the area’s most important outdoor spaces.Volunteers will assist with clearing invasive vegetation along trail corridors and completing general trail maintenance tasks to improve safety, access, and sustainability. This is essential work that keeps trails functional while reducing pressure on surrounding ecosystems.
This event is open to both new and returning volunteers. No prior experience is required — instruction and guidance will be provided on site.

• Stewardship work to improve trail conditions
