We'll gather to do some quick dynamic warm ups and drills followed by the workout of the day usually on the 2 mile loop around Dixon Reservoir. Go at whatever speed feels comfortable and feel free to alter the workout if it better fits your goals. I'll be yelling out the intervals so if you don't have your own timer, I've got you covered. At the end we'll gather ourselves and do a cool down back to the start.
I plan to mix in tempo work, hills and alternative interval structures. Feel free to share ideas and suggestions.
My goal is for everyone to be able to support and push each other while keeping training fun. Run/Walkers welcome. Beginners welcome. We're all at a different place in our running journey.
