Join us for our Fall Trail Run Series, presented in partnership with Fleet Feet Des Moines & Des Moines Parks and Recreation. We invite runners of all skill levels to join us each Wednesday in September at 6pm to explore the nature trails in our park system! We will have special guest from Wander Women Midwest and some giveaways from our trail series rep Luke!
There are three or six-mile guided runs, led by volunteers from Fleet Feet Des Moines and Capital Striders. In the event trail conditions are not ideal, runs will take place on paved surfaces.
