Trail Running Pole Workshop

Led by International Mountain Leader and alpine trail running guide, Simon will be taking you through the fundamentals of using poles so that you are event ready. Whether you are planning a trip to the Alps, racing in the Lake District or looking at a multiday adventure such as Marathon des Sables this workshop will provide lots of helpful instruction and tips to make sure you are making the most of your running poles.
