Curriculum: Participants will get an introduction into the sport of running and develop their running form, efficiency, and nutrition on the trails through running games and group runs (organized by age and skill level).
Day 1 - Runner form & efficiency, Running games, Group Run
Day 2 - Runner nutrition, Running games, Group Run
Day 3 - Runner games, Group Runs
Location: Brown's Mill Battlefield - Trails and Grounds (155 Millard Farmer Road, Newnan GA 30263)
Ages: 6 - 13
Days: Monday, July 15 - Wednesday, July 17
Time: 8:30am - 10:30am
Additional Info: Please bring a personal water bottle and wear closed toe shoes.
