For May we'll head back out into the Nerang state forest and explore a bit more of the Nerang mountain bike park. We'll ride a few of the green trails and if we're feeling a bit more adventurous try out a few of the easy blue trails as well. We'll finish back at the Cadence Cafe where we can grab a morning drink.These social mountain bike rides are about connection as much as riding. They offer a relaxed, no-pressure environment for riders of all levels—especially those using riding to support their mental health or reconnect with others. The focus is on enjoying the outdoors, getting those endorphins flowing, and rediscovering the simple joy of being active together.
2 hour social ride. Must have working MTB, helmet, water and basic riding skills.
Meeting location will be at the Nerang Velodrome on Hope Street in Nerang.
