"Trail Fit": Your Pathway to Confident Strong ridingDo you long to join the Spoke Sisters on their adventures but worry you're not fit enough? Do those hills seem daunting? "Trail Fit" is your answer!
This 6-week program is designed to build your on-bike fitness and stamina in a fun and supportive environment. We'll guide you through progressive training sessions, focusing on:
- Interval training: Boost your power and speed on the flats and climbs.
- Hill climbing techniques: Conquer those challenging ascents with greater ease.
- Endurance building: Ride longer and stronger without feeling burnt out.
Here's what you can expect:
.Twice-weekly sessions: Meet with our experienced coaches and a group of like-minded women at various locations around Christchurch.
.Progressive challenges: Start at your own pace and gradually increase your fitness level each week.
