1° Giorno - Dalla Valle Ferret (Arnouvaz) a Champex-Lac
2° Giorno - Da Champex - Lac a Vallorcine (e rientro a Chamonix)
Due giorni di allenamento sui sentieri del Monte Bianco: tecnica di corsa, utilizzo dei bastoncini, scelta materiali, nutrizione in gara. Gruppi di allenamento adatti anche per chi è alle prime esperienze con il Trail Running

August 1–2
Day 1 – From Val Ferret (Arnouvaz) to Champex-Lac
Day 2 – From Champex-Lac to Vallorcine (and return to Chamonix)
Two days of training on the Mont Blanc trails: running technique, use of poles, gear selection, race nutrition. Training groups suitable also for those approaching trail running for the first time.
