Darshana is a certified Yoga Teacher from the Gov't of India. She perseveres to create a perfect environment for spiritual growth and encourages her students to lead a healthier and happier life through a holistic approach balancing the mind, body and breath.
Her unique style of teaching enables her students to overcome their physical and mental challenges to help achieve their fitness and spiritual goals.
Classes are $25(+hst) and spots are limited!
