Traditional Yoga and Meditation has been on and off with the summer activities, and it is now back on to a continuous practice. It is at the "Club 55" in Sydney on Saturday mornings from 11:30 am to 1pm. It is a simple Traditional physical practice, Savasana (relaxation pose) with live banjo and mandolin music, Pranayam (breathing techniques), then Meditation followed by questions.
