Traditional Vinyasa Yoga & Philosophy Teacher Training with Zander Winther

Overview

This 25 Hour Yoga Alliance certified training offers a deep dive into the traditional practice and philosophy of vinyasa yoga. Through embodied study and philosophical discussions, you’ll deepen your appreciation for this traditional style of yoga and learn how to safely share it with others or develop an empowering home practice. In addition to the study of traditional yoga texts, you’ll also learn accessible posture variations, foundational Sanskrit pronunciation, as well as traditional pranayama and meditation techniques. This course is designed for both teachers and passionate practitioners looking to enrich their connection to and appreciation for the vinyasa practice and is led by Zander Winther.

Refund Policy

• If YYOGA is required to cancel the program/module for any reason → Tuition Fully Refunded
• If a student has paid in full, but chooses to withdraw before the program/module begins → Payment refunded, minus non-refundable registration fee ($150.00)
• If a student has paid in full and is required to withdraw before 50% of the program/module is complete → 50% of payment refunded, minus non-refundable registration fee ($150.00)
• If a student has paid and is required to withdraw after 50% of the program/module is complete → No payment refunded
