Join us for a comprehensive 2-day Reiki I training where you’ll learn the foundational principles and techniques of Traditional Usui Reiki. Gain the ability to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and supporting others through hands-on practice, guided meditation, and sacred attunements.What You’ll Learn:
-The history & philosophy of Reiki, including the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui
-The five Reiki precepts and the sacred connection between teacher and student
-How to identify energy imbalances and channel healing energy
-Proper hand positions, the chakra system, and self-treatment techniques
-Ethical guidelines, professionalism, and client practice for offering Reiki to others

Training Highlights:
