Walk the Path of Earth Medicine, Ancestral Wisdom & Sacred Healing

This yearlong learning series is designed for healers, energy workers, and anyone seeking personal healing, spiritual growth, or a deeper connection to traditional Indigenous medicine. No prior experience is required — every class is taught in a clear, grounded, and respectful way so that anyone with interest can learn.
Guided by Heather Snizek — Usui, Holy Fire Karuna, & Lightarian Reiki Master, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Advanced Animal Reiki healer, home-clearing specialist, and owner of Mystic Vibez — you will learn Earth-centered healing approaches, ancestral teachings, sacred tools, and Indigenous-inspired practices that support both personal wellness and the healing of others.

Heather, who has First Nations Indigenous Abenaki heritage and has trained for years with a Toltec/Mayan Shaman, shares these teachings with deep cultural respect and heartfelt integrity.

Create a sacred Medicine Bag using traditional teachings from Heather’s Indigenous lineage. Learn the cultural meaning, purpose, and history of Medicine Bags and craft your own with intention. The class ends with a blessing ritual to empower your bag with protection, healing, and ancestral support.

Explore the spiritual purpose of the Vision Quest — a rite of passage found in many Indigenous traditions. Understand its meaning, preparation, and intention, then experience a guided Vision Quest meditation for clarity, guidance, or personal healing.
