Description
Creating albums that keep our memories easy to access is a powerful form of self-care — and a loving gift to your future self.
This monthly scrapbooking workshop blends creativity, reflection, and community as part of a positive plan for mental and emotional wellbeing. As we work on our pages together, natural sharing unfolds. Stories are told, laughter bubbles up, and a sense of connection fills the room.
Each gathering is a feel-good night out with like-minded people who value creativity, storytelling, and preserving meaningful moments. A different themed scrapbooking kit will be provided each month, along with gentle guidance and inspiration from Barbara Cauchon, Health and Wellness Coach and seasoned scrapbooker with over 25 years of experience.
