NEXUS - Traditional Calligraphy Sessions led by Artist Dorissa VellaThe Port Regional Council is inviting interested members of the public to participate in a 10-part weekly course on Traditional Calligraphy, led by the calligraphy artist Dorissa Vella in Valletta.
The workshops are free, and those who attend at least 80% of the sessions will receive a certificate upon successfully completing the course. Each lesson is designed to provide insight into the fundamental knowledge and creativity involved in the geometry and shapes of the Roman Capital Alphabet. This will help participants develop a steady hand, enabling them to create different calligraphic styles by the end of the course. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance memory, creativity, and focus through the exquisite art of Calligraphy.
