Traditional Belly Binding Workshop

This workshop FIRST prioritizes Black, Brown/Indig. + Queer bodies to attend and have a safe space to reconnect to ancestral practices.

Belly binding is deeply supportive feeling while wearing it. Helps with healing those abdominal muscles that have stretches. Supports the hips/back posture and uterus as it shrinks.
