This collaborative event is being organised at the request of KCC to bring together members of Trading Standards. Our speaker at this event will be Keith Patterson of Built to Lead who will be presenting on Taking Control of Your Cashflow: The Honest Rules of Getting Off the Tools and Growing Your Business
A straight-talking session to show trade owners exactly how to take control of their cashflow, build the financial confidence to safely hire a team, and finally step back from daily onsite firefighting.
