Trade Ally Exchange was founded on a simple belief:

We believe access creates opportunity, and opportunity strengthens contractors, businesses, and communities.
That’s why we’re launching Trade Ally Exchange and we invite you to be there from the beginning.
Join us on Thursday, October 15 for the official launch of Trade Ally Exchange, a new contractor-centered movement that brings people together, opens doors, shares knowledge, and creates opportunities. Through meaningful connections, practical learning, and collaborative engagement, we seek to strengthen contractors, elevate the trades, and foster thriving communities.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our launch gathering will bring together contractors, tradespeople, and industry partners for an evening of:
• Industry connections & networking with contractors, manufacturers, educators, and other trade allies
• Guest speakers & industry insight, including representatives from Carrier and College of the Sequoias, with more to be announced
• Contractor conversation & peer learning - share experiences, challenges, ideas, and what's happening in the field
• Appetizers & conversation in a relaxed environment built for connection

Trade Ally Exchange will continue through state-wide quarterly gatherings, creating an ongoing space for contractors to reconnect, learn, exchange ideas, hear from industry leaders, and gain access to resources and opportunities that can help them compete and grow.
This first gathering is also an opportunity to help shape what's next. We want to hear directly from contractors about the challenges you're facing, the resources you need, and the topics you'd like Trade Ally Exchange to bring to the table.
