Following the storming success of the Hench Wenches Trad HIIT workouts at festivals and in Victoria Park througout this summer, we're now bringing this pioneering concept to the Bath House for the first time!

Join the Hench Wenches for a 45-min high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, turbo-powered by blazing jigs, reels and polkas played by a LIVE TRAD CEILIDH BAND to set the pace.

Location: The Bath House, 80 Eastway, Hackney Wick, London E9 5JH

Open to all levels, no equipment needed - ideally just bring your own yoga mat, as a few of the exercises involve getting down on the floor.

Arrive 15mins early to sign in and do some stretching before we start. (The 45min workout also includes a 5min warm-up and warm-down)

"Hench Wench" is an all-inclusive term referring to anyone who enjoys moving and wants to get strong while also enjoying a dose of nonsense. All ages, abilities and genders welcome!
