We are organising a tractor run in loving memory of Thomas McKeever, who sadly passed away in 2020.
Thomas was one of those rare fellas who seemed to know someone in every corner of Ireland – and beyond. More importantly, if anyone ever needed help, guidance, or advice, Thomas would dig deep to make sure they got it. He never turned his back on people, and he gave freely of his time, energy, and heart.
This tractor run is our way of giving something back, by raising funds for the Northern Ireland Rheumatism Trust – a cause close to Thomas and his family. The Trust includes Dr Gary Wright, Thomas’s consultant and a trustee of the charity, who went above and beyond in supporting Thomas through his very short illness. Thomas felt safe and reassured in his care, and that meant more to him, and to us, than words can express.
By taking part or donating, you’re not only remembering Thomas, but also supporting a charity that continues to provide vital care, support, and advocacy for people living with rheumatic conditions across Northern Ireland.
