TRACK WORKS | XXV APRILE

Whether you’re training for a race or just looking to add some speed to your week, Track Works offers the possibility to follow a coach led group training session at the at the cost of 10€. The Coach has ample experience both training athletes and competing in races.

Objectives are

• improving running form • interval training • speed work •

All running levels are welcome to join the group.

Please note that track entry is to be paid extra on site.
