Join us for free track workouts with RRCA Certified Coach & DPT Stef Heyser & Justin Craig every Tuesday at the Wayne State University track! Please complete this emergency contact form before attending your first workout: https://forms.gle/QZAtETHGgDBJ9bDc8.
Workouts take place every Tuesday through October 8. Workouts start with a mobility warmup and run drills. All ability levels are welcome; bring a friend! Ample free parking is available on the streets bordering the athletic complex (W Edsel Ford Service Drive, Lodge Service Drive, W Warren Ave, Trumbull). Paid parking available in WSU Lot 50 (Entrance on W Warren Ave. Credit card only.)
