Do you love to sew? Never sewn a stitch? Just curious and want to hang out? Thistle Rose carolers bring the spirit of Dickens’ A Christmas Carol to the Farmington Holly Days. As our choir grows, we’re also growing our costume closet—and we’d love your help! Whether you want to create a personal caroling costume, want to help others sew, or just have extra fabric or a sewing machine gathering dust … we’ve got a spot for you!

Time: 2-6 PM
Workshops led by TRAA costumer Morgan Goodley and assisted by Mia Frontiero.
Material suggestions:
Ladies Skirt: ~6 yards fabric
Capelet: ~3 yards fabric
Play with contrasts—patterned skirts + solid capelets
