"Get On the Good Foot" at the Towne Crier Dance Jam on Thursday, May 7th at 7:00 PM, located our new location: Towne Crier Cafe, 379 Main Street in Beacon. Lose yourself to a vibrant mix of R&B, Latin, Soul, Funk, Reggae, Rock, Disco, Hip-Hop & more played by DJs Rhoda and Al.. All are welcome - couples, singles, friends, newcomers..The restaurant specializes in mid-priced, farm-fresh cuisine using local ingredients whenever possible, and desserts are made fresh daily by acclaimed pastry chef Mary Ciganer. A fine menu and full bar are available before and during the dance. Doors open at 6:00 PM for dining and music.
The lights are low, the sound is full and the ambiance is warm and intimate. These dances are informal and even if you come alone, you can always find a friendly partner on the dance floor. Attire is whatever suits your mood - from blue jeans to sparkles.
Admission is $20.00 which can be paid at the door. Or, for reservations (not required), please call the Towne Crier at 845-855-1300.
