The Town of Dunn Parks Commission invites you to our annual Arbor Day Potluck, at the Town Hall on Saturday, April 25, from 4-6 p.m.A potluck dinner will be served including brats, plates, napkins, utensils, and drinks. Bring your favorite dish to share and enjoy an evening with your neighbors! There will also be an activity station for kids, plus free trees and door prizes, while supplies last.
At the event, we will hear from Emily Banno, Crane Conservation Fellow at the International Crane Foundation, about sandhill and whooping cranes, their life history, current and historic threats they face, and how you can help protect these beloved birds. The event will also feature the presentation of our 2025 and 2026 Town of Dunn Stewardship Awards to Jim Welsh and Jim Molloy, respectively.
