Town Council Public Hearing Data Center Zoning Text Amendment Vote MUST ATTEND

June 22nd at 7PM Town Council will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING regarding Zoning text amendments to Town Code §175-3 – Definitions to define data centers and town code
§175-64 industrial employment district (i-2) to add data centers with performance standards by special use
permit.
Please come out and speak and have your voice heard. There will not be a limit to the amount of speakers. The more people who show up the better fight we have.
There are already 2 Council Members that are wanting to outright ban them in the Town. Let's show the rest of the Town Council that we agree with them!!
This has not been officially advertised yet as the first notice is mandatory to appear at least 14 days prior to the hearing and the second notice following at least seven days after the first.
