11:00 AM: Pooch registration check-in begins!
1295 N. Wishon (the Arthur Dyson & Associates lot across from Alchemist Coffee Lab)
Howl-o-Ween Trick-or-Treating starts at participating businesses. Humans & pooches trick or treat through Tower!
12:30 PM: Costume Contest judging. Fabulous prizes for the winners!
