About this Event
Meet us at the lot behind the South Grand Commerce Bank to transform neighborhood street trees. Make a lasting impact, meet great people, and learn about tree care. All are welcome to attend!
Trees are critical to human wellbeing, but city street trees need routine care to be good neighbors. We will check on and address planting/mulching issues of newly planted trees to help them live long, healthy lives shading our city.
Please bring a reusable water bottle to carry while volunteering if you have one.
New volunteers are equipped with tools, safety gear, and hands-on training from a certified arborist. During pruning focused events, an ISA certified arborist supervises the group's efforts and answers questions. Neighborhood Foresters and our Blitzes operate with the support of the St. Louis Forestry Division.
