Tours of Forsyth's Piano Workshops & Historic Keyboard Collection

We are delighted to be partnering with by providing a pop-up shop at the School, supplying an array of quality pianos from Schimmel and Yamaha, as well as two fascinating workshop tours at our historic premises on Deansgate, Manchester.

The tours give a behind-the-scenes insight into our piano workshops — where you can learn more about how pianos work, how we service them, etc. — plus exclusive access to our historic keyboard collection.

We have been proudly supporting Chetham's International Piano Summer School since its inception over 20 years ago, and these workshop tours have become a popular highlight of the course.

Choose from two available sessions on Monday 17 August, the changeover day when Part I of the Summer School ends and Part II begins.

Even if you are not attending the Summer School, you are also welcome to join us on these tours!
