The Rotary Club of Port Arthur and Everlasting Changes are partnering to bring Southeast Texas a PAR-TEE! This golf tournament will be Friday, Oct. 17 at Babe Zaharis Golf Course in Port Arthur, TX. Event proceeds will benefit the community service projects of the non-profits.
