We encourage you to submit a work sample highlighting what your student learned from this field trip during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these opportunities.

Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.

**To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**

May I pay using my funds? This field trip is FREE!

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This field trip is aimed at students who are in 3rd-4th grade; however, all ages are welcome. Each person who attends a field trip or event must be registered through Eventbrite. This applies to babies, toddlers, siblings, and adults. Individuals who have not registered will be asked to leave

Check-in Procedures: Check-in time 11 am. Check-in with HST in the parking lot at the main gate entrance.

Is there on-site parking available? The parking lot is small but should be able to accommodate all of our visitors. Parking is free.

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes, there is not food vendor at this location any food will need to be brought with the students.

Please do not bring food that contains peanuts to any Heartland event.
