Tour des Jardins

The Tour des Jardins is a social bicycle ride between community gardens and urban farms in Saint Paul. The event is something between an open house, a bike ride, a culinary adventure, and a social gathering to bring people together in a fun way and strengthen our network of local community gardens.

Here's the deal: Participating gardens host visitors for an hour, providing an appetizer, beverages, and a tour of their garden. The list of participating gardens is still in development, so stay tuned to this Facebook event or the website for updates!
Participants:
Tour and travel times are approximate guesses. We want to provide a structure you can use to plan your day. You are welcome to join us for the whole tour, or as many stops as you like.
The bike ride will be leisurely and fun. Riders should be comfortable with riding 15 miles. Mechanics will be on hand to help if your bike has mechanical issues but they’ll have limited capabilities. The tour is not just for cyclists. You are welcome to drive if you like.
The tour will end at Mounds Park Community Garden with tours of our space and an evening happy hour. RSVP strongly advised.
