This event is for mountain bikers, hikers and equestrian riders (horses not provided). Each participant tries to make it to as many checkpoints as possible while collecting colored wristbands at each one. Checkpoints will be spread throughout the Tahoe Donner Trail System. Maps indicating checkpoint locations will be handed out at 9AM at the Alder Creek Adventure Center (ACAC). Return to ACAC by 1PM and present your wristbands to earn your finisher’s medal.
The Alder Creek Cafe will also be open afterward for dinner and drinks so you can celebrate your adventure. Entry fee includes one free drink at the Alder Creek Trailside Bar.
