The Touch of Prana Project: Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork is an event dedicated to making Vedic Thai Bodywork accessible to as many in our community as we can. Each event will have different Vedic Thai Yoga practicioners available. On 8/16 we'll have three of our new Vedic Table Thai trainees available for you to receive 20 minute mini sessions for $35. For this first event, Natasha, Jennine and Sam will be available at Fit & Fire Studios from 10-12pm. If weather permits sessions will be outside to take in the beautiful morning. Otherwise sessions will be done inside at Fit and Fire Studios.
4 time slots available from 3 providers.... thats 12 lucky people. These events will be available for sign up the day of so first come first served. If you would like to reserve a certain time with a certain provider, you can do so by reaching out to them directly. Payment is required ahead of time with no refunds.
Come in comfy clothes that allow you to move and stretch freely.
