The City of Port Arthur Public Works Department is inviting everyone to its first Touch-A-Truck event on Saturday, May 23, 2026, at the Bob Bowers Civic Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. To ensure this is welcoming and inclusive for all, we will have a designated “quiet hour” from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
