Algonquin Recreation is excited bring back our Touch-a-Truck Event at at the Algonquin Public Works Facility for even more trucks to check out. Bring out those truck enthusiasts and get a first hand look and EXPLORE, CLIMB and TOUCH a variety of trucks from construction vehicles to emergency vehicles to school busses and all those that play an important part in our community including our Police and Fire Departments! There will be a Sensory Friendly Hour from 10:00-11:00am, so NO honking, lights or sirens during this time please! We will also have two fantastic Food Trucks: Kona Ice and Da Pizza Company that will have food and treats available for purchase during the event. Fire trucks, garbage trucks, tow trucks and more! Don’t miss out on this WHEEL-Y awesome experience! This is a free family event sponsored by Expert Roofing Joe Mac, Raising Canes, Rush Kids, MSUFCU and Hurley and Volk Orthodontics.
