Rev up for an exciting day with the City of Largo on Saturday, January 18, 2025! The City’s annual Touch-A-Truck event and STEM Explorer Fest will take over Largo Central Park from 10am to 2pm, offering exciting vehicles, hands-on science, and family-friendly fun for all ages.
Families are invited to climb, explore, and meet local community helpers who will showcase their trucks, cars, boats, and more. This annual family-friendly event offers fun and engaging activities for all ages.
The City of Largo is currently accepting applications for participants with trucks, motorcycles, helicopters, boats, planes, and other unique vehicles to display during the event.
Sensory-Friendly hours will take place from 10am to 12pm, featuring quieter music, no noise makers, and no horns. Regular activities, including horn honking, will resume from 12pm to 2pm. Guests are also encouraged to enjoy the truck parade as vehicles leave the event area starting at 2pm, with spectators asked to clear the event space by 1:55pm for a safe and enjoyable departure.
In partnership with Pinellas County Schools, the City of Largo will also host the STEM Explorer Fest on the same day. Organizations interested in setting up a booth are encouraged to apply. Food and beverage vendors will be on-site, so come hungry and enjoy offerings from local small businesses.
