Hope you guys can come to the first official Toucan Club reunion. Those who remember the club will remember the sense of community and quality of bands and DJs that performed there. I ran a house band from the club for over 10 years under the name Quattro, which featured Dionne Bennett and Dregz as well as some of Cardiffs finest players.
To headline this reunion we have put together a band featuring some of the original players as well as some fine up and coming Welsh talent, which will make this party a true celebration of veterans and current stars of the jazz-funk and neo-soul scene in Cardiff.
The night will also include favourite Toucan DJs Paul Lions, Krissy Jenkins, Dregz and Kaptin Barratt, playing everything from Jazz, Latin, Funk, Soul and Disco.
This is a FREE ENTRY event so arrive early at Porters on May 30th 8pm-2am
We will be offering you the option to make a small donation towards the entertainment on the night, so you can pay what you can afford or not.
