For the past 45 years TOTS Early Intervention program has provided services and supports to families in Dona Ana and Sierra County with children birth to age 3 years old that have developmental delays or at risk of a delay.Join us in a fun FREE event celebrating our milestone of 45 years and the children that are growing and thriving!
