OVERVIEW: Total Makeover Women’s Leadership Summit is a transformative gathering dedicated to encouraging, equipping and empowering women to lead with faith, purpose, and excellence for greater impact. This conference brings together a diverse group of women leaders, professionals, and aspiring leaders to explore the intersection of faith and leadership, fostering growth, community, and impactful change. It is a gathering of women whose purpose is to lead change in the Church and Marketplace.

WORKSHOP: THE FINISHER & HER OIL

• Pastor Bola Adepoju, fondly referred to as Pastor Bola, is the founder and visionary behind Woman on Purpose, a non-profit organization. The primary objective of Woman on Purpose is to empower female youth, young adults, and women, enabling them to become catalysts for positive change within their communities.

• Bola Adepoju has a calling to assemble a diverse army of women from all age groups, races, and ethnic backgrounds, as well as the younger generation, recognizing their invaluable voices that require nurturing. Her public appearances on radio, television, and social media platforms exemplify her advocacy for women, both within and beyond the confines of the Church, including secular organizations. As an encouraging figure, she firmly believes that everyone has untapped potential, constantly reminding others that with God by their side, no obstacle is insurmountable. Her life motto echoes this sentiment, "There is nothing God cannot do. With God on your side, there is nothing you cannot do. The only person who can stop you is YOU!"

• Bola serves as visionary of various service and ministry initiatives. This includes the Woman on Purpose outreach, Project R.E.A.C.H. (Restoring & Empowering A Community's Hope), which addresses the needs of the homeless and underserved populations, both locally and in Northern Nigeria, the annual Gathering of the Eagles youth and women empowerment conference, the annual Total Makeover women leaders' summit, the annual "No Carryover" Prayer Summit held at the end of each year, as well as the devotional "Inspirations" and the monthly Voice of Glory and Command Your Month Prayer which resonate deeply within the Church, delivering God's message for the end-time Kingdom to His beloved Bride.

• Pastor Bola has authored nine books. Notably, her latest publication, "Glory in the Wilderness: A personal account of experiencing God in the darkest of times," released in March 2023, provides a gripping narrative of her kidnapping by rebels, an ordeal that severely tested her faith. The book has quickly touched the lives of many, offering profound lessons and inspiring readers through her remarkable journey.

• Education-wise, Pastor Bola holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Spelman College and a master's degree in business administration from Atlanta University, both situated in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a background as an educationist and Human Resource professional, complemented by several certifications.

• In her personal life, Pastor Bola Adepoju is happily married to Dr. Olatunde Adepoju, her lifelong partner. They have been blessed with adult children and several grandchildren.

DR. CAROLYN DRIVER, DRIVER INSTITUTE

• Dr. Carolyn Driver is married to Larry Driver and resides in Fayetteville, Georgia. She is a church planter, an ordained minister, pastor, gifted counselor, teacher, author and certified Growth Coach, Professional Life Leadership Coach and trainer. Dr. Driver has a distinguished professional career in the fields of Business, Education and Ministry spanning for over three decades, bringing to her current position a wealth of knowledge, corporate positioning and expertise to guide her into a world-class ministry in the 21st Century.

• Dr. Driver is Founder and President of Christ Discipleship Ministries, Inc., a 501 (c)(3), non-profit corporation. During her tenure, Christ Discipleship Ministries (CDM) has established a solid track record as an innovative leader in human and community development through a variety of programs and services. Under the leadership of Pastor Carolyn Driver, CDM has facilitated services on a domestic and international basis. In 2004, CDM acquired a one-million-dollar asset base to facilitate a resource and training center in Fairburn, Georgia. Her most notable experience in the field of higher education includes serving as Academic Dean for Trinity Bible College in Peachtree City, Georgia. She was a full-time professor at Beulah Heights University in Atlanta, Georgia for twenty-four years in the Leadership and Business Department. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Covenant Bible College in Portal, Georgia and Southwestern Christian College in Bethany, Oklahoma. In addition, she has served as an adjunct professor for MET (Missions Exposure Training) in Pretoria, South Africa.
• Dr. Driver is also the Founder and CEO of The Driver Institute, L.L.C. which focuses on training for corporations, government and non-profit and for profit organizations. She has been privileged to train leaders in Zimbabwe, Kenya and South Africa, Philippines, Hong Kong and Macao, Mexico, Iceland and Brazil. Her professional credits and experiences include hosting a TBN program and she has appeared on local and national radio and TV. She has also published a column in the West Alabama Gazette newspaper and compiled many training manuals for leadership development and pastoral care. Her talents and skills have been tapped by government, corporations, communities of faith, and institutions of higher learning.

GENERAL SESSION - KEY NOTE

“Jesus saith unto him. I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father but by me.” John 14:6

The vision and mission of Revelation of Truth Ministries International is to open a gate of Righteousness and Truth through preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ Isaiah 26:2. Resulting in the manifested presence of God in the Earth for deliverance from all that is evil.

By design God’s uncompromised Word must be heard in the Earth. It must be taught and preached without conjecture. The WORD must be taught for people to avoid judgement.

God has given me a charge to build and to plant in the house of God not mere buildings but to instruct, preach and teach a people whose faces will turn to be set like a flint. Isaiah 50:7.

God wants his glorious light to shine unhindered throughout the Earth. God will have a people who are sanctified and Holy. Ephesians 5:26-27

To accomplish this TRUTH as his chosen vessels the WORD must be taught. Ephesians 4:11-15; Matthew 28:19a, 20. For the scriptures declares

“And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” - John 8:32

MIN. VERA PEDERESEN, NEW CITY CHURCH

WORKSHOP TITLE: NOT FOR THE CROWD!

• Vera Pedersen is a gifted Teacher to the Body of Christ who brings the voice of wisdom and truth from God’s Holy Word to every area of one’s life! It is her desire for all to know who they are in Christ, know their gifting and calling and be made whole: spirit, soul and body! She believes these credentials will then qualify one to be sent into the Harvest in these last days to be true servant leaders in God’s Kingdom!
• Vera obtained her Ministerial License with Christ Discipleship Ministries in Fairburn, Georgia and has a Pastoral Certificate of Counseling from the Institute of Pastoral Counseling division of Emerge Ministries, Incorporated, Akron, Ohio.
• Vera has labored on behalf of the Kingdom of God both here in the States and abroad. She has done teaching and training in Kenya, the Philippines, South Africa and Brazil and has been involved in missions work in China. She has worked with women’s ministries in New York and Georgia for over 30+ years. She has taught at Beulah Heights University, Atlanta, Georgia, in churches and conferences in New York, South Carolina, New Hampshire and Georgia.
• Vera and her husband Tom reside in Peachtree City, Georgia and have been married 53 years. They have two daughters, two “sons-in-love” and eight grandchildren and one great-grandson.
