Hosted by Total Physical Therapy, Total Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, and Total Wellness, this event invites runners, walkers, families, and community members of all fitness levels to come together for a morning of movement, positivity, and purpose.
Whether you’re chasing a personal best, walking with friends, or introducing your kids to the excitement of a race, the Total Empower 5K is an opportunity to challenge yourself and celebrate the power of taking positive steps toward better health.
This year’s race proudly supports Paws of War, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans and first responders through the life-changing companionship of trained service dogs.

Course: Scenic Cedar Creek Loop Course
🕘 Schedule
7:30 AM – Race check-in and day-of registration opens
8:30 AM – Kids Fun Run
9:00 AM – Total Empower 5K Run/Walk begins
10:00 AM (approx.) – Post-race gathering and awards
Race activities will conclude by late morning in accordance with park scheduling.

• 5K Run/Walk – Open to all runners and walkers
• Kids Fun Run – A shorter race designed for younger participants
All experience levels are welcome — from seasoned runners to first-time participants.
