Come join us for a fun and energizing in person Total Body Barre workout!

Every Tuesday 5pm-5:45pm starting 9/10 and ending 1/14. Each class will build on the techniques learned from the previous classes.

Barre is low-impact exercise that improves your posture, builds muscle, and helps to prevent injury. Modifications of exercises are possible to provide a challenge for any ability level. Barre is inspired by ballet, so don’t be surprised if we do some plies!
