I am a Yoga and Bellydance instructor and certified RYT200 yoga instructor.

Practicing yoga in the morning refreshes your mind and body.

You can boost up your metabolism for the day.

Let's breath a lot of fresh air and refresh yourself!

All age All levels are welcome!

Also Beginners are very welcome!

This class is donation based.
