Torneo de Futbol: Gol Solidario

MXDC, EXATEC Washington DC, Mexicanos in DC te invitan a participar en nuestro torneo de fútbol 7 ‘GOL SOLIDARIO’ para la comunidad del área metropolitana de Washington DC, Maryland y Virginia.

El torneo se realizará el Sábado 16 de Agosto 2025 de 1pm a 5:00 pm en las canchas techadas de Fairfax Sportsplex 6800 Commercial Dr, Springfield, VA.

**Horario sujeto a un ligero cambio de hora dependiendo el número de equipos inscritos.

Premios:

Tendremos una ceremonia de premiación para el primer, segundo y tercer lugar con medallas individuales.

• 1er Lugar: El equipo ganador recibirá un trofeo de equipo, medallas individuales, un premio de $500 USD .
• 2do Lugar: Recibirá medallas individuales y trofeo de segundo lugar.
• 3 er Lugar: Recibirá medallas individuales.

El propósito del torneo es fortalecer lazos de colaboración y amistad entre l@s participantes, abierto a tod@s l@s amig@s de la comunidad mexicana y latinoamericana del área metropolitana de DMV mayores de 18 años.

El fútbol 7 es un deporte derivado del fútbol que se juega con 7 jugadores en media cancha de un campo de fútbol. Se espera que los participantes puedan jugar de 3 a 4 partidos, cada uno de entre 14 y 20 minutos y el formato del torneo dependerá del número de equipos (Cuartos de Final, Semifinal, Tercer Lugar, Final).

El costo de la inscripción cubre la renta de la cancha, premios, hidratación y arbitraje. Registrate aqui y contacta a [email protected] para completar registro y pago.

1) Inscripción por equipo $500 USD, máximo 12 jugadores.

2) Inscripción individual $45 USD.

3) Inscripción gratuita como espectador o para participar en el torneo de futbolito de mesa para familias y personas de todas las edades que se estará llevando a cabo en paralelo a los partidos.

El dia limite para registrar equipos es el miércoles 13 de Agosto y como individual el jueves 14 de Agosto.

Equipos:

Los equipos se recomiendan ser CO-ED (mixtos) y deben estar conformados por un mínimo de 7 personas y máximo 12. El equipo puede constar de máximo 10 hombres y así poder registrar al menos 2 mujeres.

Para fomentar el espíritu CO-ED, solo se pueden alinear máximo 6 hombres en cancha y fomentar el alinear al menos a 1 mujer siempre. Si el equipo no cuenta con mujeres, entonces solo puede alinear máximo 6 hombres, por ello se recomienda al menos registrar 2 mujeres por equipo. Si hay equipos que no cuentan con mujer registrada, se les dejara jugar con 7 hombres si es que el otro equipo tampoco cuenta con mujeres.

Si uno de los equipos alinea 1 mujer y el equipo contrario no tiene mujeres, solo puede jugar con 6 hombres en cancha máximo.

Los participantes que se inscriban individualmente serán registrados para formar un equipo extra o ser proporcionados a los equipos que no tengan suficientes jugadores. Una vez que se tenga el número aproximado de personas que estarán jugando en el torneo, el formato y horario de los juegos serán enviados un día antes del evento.

Cada participante es responsable de llevar su calzado y ropa deportiva adecuados (camiseta del color del equipo y otra blanca), así como la comida que desee consumir entre juegos. Se recomiendan tenis o zapatos/botas de fútbol turf. Los zapatos (tacos) profesionales para cancha de pasto natural no son aceptados para evitar lastimar a otros jugadores. El árbitro se reserva el derecho de no dejar jugar si los zapatos no son adecuados, por eso se recomienda llevar tenis extra.

MXDC, EXATEC Washington DC, and Mexicans in DC invite you to participate in our 7-a-side soccer tournament, "GOL SOLIDARIO," for the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area.

The tournament will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the Fairfax Sportsplex indoor courts at 6800 Commercial Dr., Springfield, VA.

**Schedule subject to a slight change depending on the number of registered teams.

Prizes:

We will have an awards ceremony for first, second, and third place, with individual medals.

1st Place: The winning team will receive a team trophy, individual medals, and a $500 USD prize.

2nd Place: Will receive individual medals and a second-place trophy.

3rd Place: Will receive individual medals.

The tournament's purpose is to strengthen bonds of collaboration and friendship among participants, and is open to all friends of the Mexican and Latin American community in the DMV metropolitan area who are 18 years of age or older.

7-a-side football is a sport derived from soccer played by 7 players on a half-field soccer pitch. Participants are expected to play 3 to 4 matches, each lasting between 14 and 20 minutes. The tournament format will depend on the number of teams (Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Third Place, Final).

Registration:

The registration fee covers field rental, prizes, hydration, and refereeing.

1) Team registration $500 USD, maximum 12 players.

2) Individual registration $45 USD.

3) Free registration as a spectator or to participate in the foosball tournament for families and people of all ages, which will be held in parallel with the matches. The deadline to register teams is Wednesday, August 13th, and as an individual, Thursday, August 14th.

Teams:

Teams are recommended to be CO-ED (co-ed) and must be made up of a minimum of 7 players and a maximum of 12. Teams can consist of a maximum of 10 men and can thus register at least two women.

To foster the CO-ED spirit, a maximum of six men can be fielded on the court, and at least one woman is encouraged at all times. If the team does not have any women, then it can only field a maximum of six men; therefore, it is recommended that at least two women be registered per team. If there are teams that do not have a registered woman, they will be allowed to play with seven men if the other team does not have any women either.

If one team fields one woman and the opposing team has no women, they can only play with a maximum of six men on the court.

Participants who register individually will be registered to form an extra team or be provided to teams that do not have enough players. Once the approximate number of players participating in the tournament is determined, the format and schedule of the games will be sent the day before the event.

Each participant is responsible for bringing appropriate footwear and sportswear (a team-colored jersey and a white jersey), as well as any food they wish to consume between games. Tennis shoes or turf soccer shoes/cleats are recommended. Professional shoes (cleats) for natural grass fields are not accepted to avoid injury to other players. The referee reserves the right to refuse to allow play if the shoes are not suitable, so it is recommended to bring extra tennis shoes.
