🚨Notice:

The workouts will be in Markham and will consist of warm-ups, ladder, skipping rope, heavy rope, heavy medicine ball, track work and on-court workout. Proper rest is advised.

🚨Suggested Items To Bring:

Water, snacks, yoga mat for stretching, own basketball, extra socks and t-shirt to change out of once workouts are done.

Each WORKOUT will be for two hours each morning.

Bachelor of Science in Human Health and Performance

10 years experience in performance development

8 years of experience playing professionally overseas

Attend school West Hill C.I. where they became 4-time district champions

Accepted an athletic scholarship to Kilgore College in Texas and then later transferred to play in the NCAA at the University of Tennessee at Martin

🏆2X Nike Crown League Champ

🏆1X time Copa Elite MVP in Colombia
