Top of Texas 47th Annual Pod cook off on Sunday March 22, 2026 (the day after CASI Texas Men's State Chili Championship) at Hella Shrine in Garland Tx. Stay and cook Top of Texas to have a chance to win the cook off. First Place will Auto Qualify for Terlingua, win a new Engraved chili pot, a beautiful engraved leveling table, a Champion embordered jacket (similar to pic), a stove magnet and $100 travel expense for Terlingua. Chili Places 2nd - 10th and First Place show will receive beautiful engraved trophies as well. Junior Chili cook off scheduled also.Turn In time all Chili is 12:00 pm
Showmanship 10-11 am
