Ashley Walker

Director/ Builder | Nxt Generation Developments

With a decade of experience in the building and construction industry, Ashley began her journey as an apprentice carpenter in 2014. She has since progressed to a qualified carpenter, construction supervisor, and licensed builder.
In 2018, Ashley founded Nxt Generation Developments, initially focusing on carpentry subcontracting. Today, the company has evolved into a property development firm offering turnkey homes and exclusive building services.

Cody Lugg

Contract Administrator | Hutchinson Builders

Cody's inspiring journey in the construction industry began in 2022 at Hutchinson Builders. With a Bachelor of Business & Commerce and a Diploma of Building in Construction, she has excelled in diverse projects, from industrial and commercial to social housing.
Recognised for her significant contributions, Cody was awarded the Master Builders Downs & Western Women in Building award in 2024. She's passionate about empowering women in the industry and actively contributes to initiatives like the Hutchies' Cadet program and the Master Builders Emerging Women in Construction Mentoring Program.

Caitlyn Paul

Project Manager & Apprentice Plasterer | Toowoomba Commercial Plastering

Caitlyn's passion for construction began early, with a family legacy in plastering. Now, with over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial sectors, she's a versatile professional.
Her expertise extends beyond plastering to HR, WHS, contract admin, and project management. Wanting to ensure she can provide a complete total knowledge base to clients and enhance her skill set Caitlyn, is also undertaking an apprenticeship in Cert III in Wall and Ceiling Linings. As a third-generation plasterer, she's committed to inspiring the next generation of women in construction.
