During this event, you will have the opportunity to explore the profound connection between sound, breath, and your body's natural rhythms. Through a series of guided exercises, you will learn to harness the power of your natural rhythms of healing in the season of transform .

In this class, we will do a quick review of stages 1-3 and then do a deep dive into stages 4-7 with a touch of stage 8. Learn new ways to transform your energy within and awaken your innate healing abilities.
