September Trauma-Informed Yoga Series - September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th

Join Instructor Melissa Carey for a transformative 4-week journey of trauma-informed yoga, either in-person at the Heart-Centered Yoga Studio or virtually on Zoom!

Series Details:

Dates: Wednesdays, September 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th

Time: 4:00 - 4:45 pm (Please arrive by 3:50 pm for a prompt start at 4 pm.)

Location: Virtually on Zoom or at The Heart-Centered Yoga Studio (1455 Dixon Avenue, Suite 210, Lafayette, CO 80026). In case of inclement weather, the class will shift to a virtual format for everyone's safety.

Registration:

Fee: $25 for all four classes

Participants: Open to all levels, including beginners

May Include: Improved mental health, enhanced self-awareness, stress reduction, and mind-body connection. For maximum benefit, participation in all four classes is encouraged.

• Yoga mats and props provided for in-person participants.
• All participants, regardless of attendance mode, are advised to consult with a doctor before joining any yoga class.
