About this Event
Sharp tools get the job done, and Joel is going to help you get there. He’ll also answer questions about which tools are right for the job.
Joel is going to show you how to sharpen a variety of tools, from shovels to loppers to hand pruners to tin snips. He’ll discuss a variety of sharpening techniques and answer any questions you may have about what tool to use for which job.
You’re also invited to bring some of your tools that may need sharpening!
About the instructor, Joel Gregory: Joel is a founding member of the NE Seattle Tool Library. He has spent many years using tools on a variety of projects, so he has lots of experience keeping tools sharp.
We have limited spots for this class, so if you’re unable to attend, please cancel your RSVP to allow others the opportunity to sign up.
The 2025 Shoreline Sustainable Skill Series is brought to you by Seattle REconomy. Funding for this series has been provided by the City of Shoreline’s Environmental Mini-Grant Program.
